Being part of the society for creative anachronism has always been fun. Who wouldn't like camping in funny clothes, watching belly dancers and drinking home brewed mead?It was just this year, in March, when I became a full fledged member of house Wolfstar... the largest household in Ansteorra.I was so happy, I worked my ass off for my star. I had over 20 volunteer hours, I helped set up almost everyone's camp, and I partied ALL NIGHT, EVERY NIGHT (which wouldn't seem like that would help..but you don't know my household and if you do...you understand).
I also asked questions, and sat with my star discussing said question like..."who are our silver wolves, who was the first wolf, and many other history of household stories that might be asked, just in case.
They did stand me up around the campfire and ask the questions...Shanna couldn't be there so they called her and she asked a question. I was Very proud the night I became part of house Wolfstar.
I was given this leather sash because I did sit and ask my elders about the past and because I answered the questions right and it will be treasured always
